Parents can enjoy workout and shower and a sauna £4 inclusive! or £35 per month and visit as many times as you like in a month.

Adults 15 and over class is on Wednesday evening, close combat, Krav Maga including Weapons defence for men and women of all levels of fitness. Learn the type of skills evrybody should know. Life is too short why live it in fear…… Learn to fear no man……. highly effective total defence……..

Core fitness, general street defense, weapons defense, anti rape defense , pressure points and vital strike zones. In a safe and exciting environment. Men and Women alike.

Adults Kickboxing and Krav-Maga Street defense icluding Knives and guns disarming Locks, Chokes, Takedowns and destructions. How to survive on the streets in any situation. Basic principals of KravMaga beginners to intermediate. All equipment provided

£4.00 per session Including Refreshments (2 Blackbelt instructors present)

Saturday Afternoons 2.30pm – 4.00pm (5yrs – 13yrs)

Kids Mixed Martial Classes and self defense classes including Kickboxing, Thaiboxing, Taekwondo, Body Combat and street defense. Equipment Provided.

£4.00 per session Including Refreshments (2 Blackbelt Instructors present)

All instructors C.R.B. Registered and First Aid Qualified as standard.
